Rising Stars: 220 Kid

17 08 2020

220 Kid, a British music producer, songwriter and DJ, earned his name after running 220 miles in bright pink pants for charity, following the death of his godfather, before being scouted as a model and working with brands including Vogue, GQ, Nike, and Reebok.

The musician, real name William Graydon, has worked with artists including MNEK, Becky Hill, Maverick Sabre, Gorgon City and Grades, and made history earlier this year after becoming the first artist to sign a publishing deal with BMG over FaceTime, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. His single, Don’t Need Love featuring GRACEY, was nominated as Scott Mills's Track of the Week on BBC Radio 1, and he recently released a remix of Anne-Marie's new single To Be Young featuring Doja Cat.
